1. ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนพุทธโอวาทในหมู่สมาชิกของชุมชนไทยและต่างชาติ
To promote and practice ideals of Buddhism based religion among the members of the
Thai community and beyond.
2. จัดการศึกษาด้านพระพุทธศาสนาให้แก่สมาชิกในหมู่ชุมชน
To provide Buddhist education for the members in our community.
3. เชิดชูและทนุบำรุงรักษาวัดของพุทธศาสนาในนครฮิวส์ตัน มลรัฐเท็กซัส
To maintain "WBV" in both the infrastructure and respectability to the establishment.
4. ให้ความอุปถัมภ์แก่พระภิกษุสงฆ์ที่มาอยู่ปฏิบัติศาสนกิจประจำวัดนี้
To provide material support to Bhiksu(s) (Monks) who reside in this temple as clergy.
5. ให้บริการในด้านศาสนกิจและกิจการกุศลด้านอื่นๆ แก่สาธุชน
To provide various religious and other services for our community.
